Eschbach's work in Washington wins award

Junior photographer Adam Eschbach, interning this summer at the Issaquah Press, has been awarded a $500 grant by the the the Washington Newspaper Association. He is one of six interns whose work this summer at Washington state newspapers was so honored.

In her nomination letter, editor Kathleen Merrill wrote that Adam arrived in time to shoot the paper's graduation section. "Adam has been going nonstop since he got here - during the week, weekends, early in the morning and late at night."
