Kelly Black Makes a Splash in Great Falls

Grad student Kelly Black captured the timeless reality of spring sports in Montana in this recent shot for the Great Falls Tribune. Kelly, who is working for the Trib this summer, reports that was introduced early to the fast-paced life of a small photo staff. He're what she had to say about the job in a recent e-mail to fellow students, friends and family.

"It has been fun and very crazy busy," Kelly said. "I've worked 10 and eleven hour days. Today I had a front page photo and a photo spread inside and a sports shot. It is like ... wow! But fun, and I've prayed a lot. =) And I had good professors (thanks Jeremy and Keith!). "
